Privacy, thoughtfully.

This development marketplace stores the information needed for accounts, listings, private enquiries, visit requests and moderation. The site operator must replace this notice with their organisation’s complete privacy notice before a public launch.

What is stored

Your email, password hash, profile, messages, saved searches, listing details and photographs are stored on the application’s database and object storage. The application uses a necessary HTTP-only session cookie that expires after seven days. Passwords are not stored in plain text.

What people can see

Published listings, seller names, biographies, county and registration references are public. Messages are available to conversation participants. Moderators can see accounts, reports and listing information. Your email address is not published.

Service providers

Hosting uses Cloudflare infrastructure. If enabled by the operator, Stripe and GoCardless handle advertising or service payments, and Resend delivers account emails. Stock demonstration images load from Unsplash, which receives normal image requests including your IP address.

Your choices

Optional product analytics are off by default. You may enable anonymous interaction counts in your account and disable them there at any time. This device preference is stored locally. No third-party advertising pixels are included.

Before public launch

The operator must supply their identity and privacy contact, retention periods, applicable legal bases, processor agreements, international-transfer information, rights-request process and complaint route. Do not use this development service for sensitive personal documents.
